My inspiration for Rollin' Hooch came from my love of entertaining and service. In May 2023, my husband and I purchased a horse trailer to pursue my dreams of building a one-of-a-kind bartending business. I want something different, fun, and beautiful for all to experience and hopefully have us to come back to in the future for any and every birthday party, business event, or wedding! There are no limits to us being there for you!
Planning can event can be stressful, but with my professional service, you can relax and enjoy your party. I can handle all of your party needs, from drinks to decorations and entertainment. We will make it happen! And with my growing collection of unique rentals, I hope to create an experience for all to enjoy.
And this is not always about booze! We pride ourselves on MOCKTAILS that can be a hit at any event as well. So often, we've seen friends and family who want to hang out, but maybe want to enjoy a delicious, and beautiful drink, that doesn't have the booze. Not only are our drinks tasty, but a majority of the ingredients is bought at our local Farmer's Market!! ORGANIC AND FRESH!! Though we do focus on mocktails, all our drinks can be made into alcoholic drinks when YOU provide the booze!

Hi yall! I was born and raised in GA. I went to college at GA Southwestern University playing softball and graduated with a degree in Exercise Science while working as a bartender/waitress/caterer for all 4 years. After that, I put some years in coaching travel softball, more bartending, and personal training, I decided to go back to school and shortly graduated with a Masters in PE from UNG.
Years later, I now have a wonderful husband of 5 years, 2 amazing kids (Ari, 4, Ada, 2) and I have worked as a SAHM and Property Accountant for the last 8 years.
My my where life takes you... With the many hats I have worn, I am now determined to put my energy and experiences into this new adventure with all of my love and creativity. With the support of my loving family and the Almighty, I know it is going to be something special.

Rollin' Hooch provided the beverage service this past Saturday for a friends wedding for 185 guests. Katie was AWESOME to work with from the pre-event communication through the end of the evening. The Rollin' Hooch set up added a very classy touch to the reception and the bar service was top notch! That's a great question! Yes, we are. Dry-hire means that you will be required to provide any and all alcohol you'd like us to serve. Though we can't purchase it for you, but we can serve it for you! We are more than happy to assist with quantities and creating signature drinks for your event. We’ll put you in touch with one of our distributors and recommend dates you need to order your bubbly by. On the day and prior to your event starting, we’ll grab the alcohol from you so we can get set up and serve you and your guests.

All packages include 30 miles roundtrip of 30542. $1 per mile, roundtrip additional mileage will be applied to final invoice.
Great question!! We require flat ground for service, early access for set-up and one 120-volt standard outlet within 100 feet. Anything more than 100 feet will require a generator. We can add a generator for an additional fee.
Rollin' Hooch, is about 13 feet long and 7.5 feet wide. The space must be big enough for a full-size truck to park the mobile bar.
In the event of inclement weather, the host/planner is responsible for tent coverage of the bar. We are happy to work with your tent vendor to find the appropriate size tent for your event. If a tent cannot be procured, please see our cancellation and refund policy below. IF outdoor events have an indoor plan B due to weather, we will prepare a mobile bar indoors if there is not a tent option, however we will not transfer in middle of event.
When you’re ready to lock your date and time, a $500 non-refundable deposit is required. We’ll send you an estimate based on the information you provide, and an invoice for the remaining amount after a service contract has been signed.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, a rebooking fee of $150 will be charged and your new date is subject to availability.
